about me

The author of the photographs that you are going to see or have already seen is Me, Nikolay Gushevilov, an engineer by education and photographer by vocation. There are four years since the photography became an objective for me. It still remains hobby, which I would like to bring joy to the others too.

The main contribution for my development, in this captive and genuine art which makes the fugitive moments of the people's every day life eternal, is Georgi Nedelchev. He is the photographer who knows and who does. He led me into the secrets of this art and I hope that I have been a good student.

I enjoy focusing my camera on people's bodies and faces especially when they are not aware of. I strive to catch the moment when the people are natural, without masques or make up on.

With the rest of the photographs I present my point of view regarding the surrounding environment For example I find the subway in Prague very provocative and exciting. In ART section you can see its pictures as many others devoted to all those details, odd objects, buildings, windows which exist among us and to which we do not pay the needed attention.

I would like to give my special thanks to Svetoslav Lukov for his precious help in the preparation of the photographs and of course to Zdravko Georgiev, the author of the site without whom it would not be real.
